i have been living in apartments for several years now and i can say, At Mountainridge the Maintenance guys actually work here. Brendt and the rest of the crew are a big part of it for me. If you would like to live where there is 1 less thing to worry about it is at Mountainridge where they actually fix things wrong in your apartment

i have lived in apartments for many years. the one thing that has usually been a poor aspect of the apartments i lived is the lack of competent maintenance people or lack of maintenance period. That is not the case here at Mountainridge. I see our maintenance guys busy all day long doing things to help residents and the property. Brendt the maintenance supervisor seems to have this under control and all the maintenance members have always been nothing but polite and professional. If there is on less thing you dont want to worry about, it is maintenance problems in your house at Mountainridge Apartments.

Going on just about a year living here, don’t really have anything to complain about. Wade from maintenance does a really good job with any maintenance requests. Maintenance in general does a really good job handling requests in a timely manner.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Emery Cole. Everyday this guy is out cleaning the property of leaves trash dog poop. Hard worker and does a great job. Thank you for all you do Emery.

Angie is very understanding and helpful and so is Ashley. Brent, Wade , Brandon and Emory are amazing as well. Maintenance is amazing and very helpful. We have been here over 12yrs and no issues.

I moved in Friday, October 11th from Delaware and I’d first like to start off with building staff. Angie whom is the manager has been wonderful and very helpful throughout my whole application process. She was kind and patient. Ashleigh (leasing agent) was also very wonderful. When I finally arrived here, I was greeted by them both and they made sure i understood everything in the leasing agreement, had me download the apps for paying rent and using the laundry room, handed me my keys, and gave me directions to my unit. Another thing I’d like to speak about is maintenance. The maintenance guy that has been to my apartment (His name is Brandon) is very pleasant and works quickly yet efficiently. I had an issue with my dishwasher, and he came to check it out and explained what was wrong and told me I’d be receiving a new one. While here, I pointed out that my screen door was not working properly. Brandon checked it out and told me to just put in a work order to have it replaced. He explained to me how to do it, and he stopped by the next day with a new screen door. Mountain Ridge Apartments is a great place to be so far in my opinion. Neighbors are kind and pretty friendly, it’s quiet, and you even get a Mountain View.

We've been living here for a few years now,and has been pretty good, our maintenance man Wade is always there when we need something fixed, and these apartments are somewhere I would recommend for others.

They are constantly making improvements! Since I moved in over a year ago it’s almost a new place. I’m sure it will keep getting better and better! The grounds were always very well kept and clean thanks to Emory, and Wade and Brandon were always quick and effective in completing all of my maintenance requests! The hallways in the building were extremely well kept as well. Overall good experience renting here.
