Maintenance are very friendly and helpful, we moved in almost a week ago and within a couple days, they fixed our problem and was very happy how fast they were

Lived here for a few years, rent is reasonably priced and its a nice area. Matinence is very fast and does excellent work. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the way my broken refrigerator was handled. The young man, Dominic, who they sent to look at it, was quite knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed it by the sound it made. A little work and it was running great again. It's always nice to see someone who actually knows what their doing.
